Corporate Culture:
Sticking to our values and principles defines our corporate culture. This is a culture of professionalism, diligence, honesty and dignity. This means creating an environment that is conducive to ensure quality services as well activities that best reflect who we are.
Human Capital:
The Ark foundation believes that in order to succeed in its activities, it is important to acquire suitable human capital resources in a form of dynamic individuals who will play key roles in the implementation of its activities. With this in mind the Ark Foundation currently employs the skills of 10 (ten) educators on a part time basis, these include specialists in Mathematics, Physical Science, English and Accounting.
Additional staff includes administrative staff, logistics and our strategic partners who play supporting roles should we experience additional demands in our activities.
Accountability Stetement:
The purpose of the Accountability Procedure is to ensure that responsibility and authority for all elements of the projects are adequately defined and clearly documented in a manner that is accessible to all stakeholders and to ensure that an accountability process is defined and implemented to make certain that responsibilities are performed effectively. This is how the Ark Foundation ensures a smooth flow of processes throughout the implementation of projects it undertakes.
